you made this yourself?

just speculating, I know the fractal design is very efficient, But would it be worth any time experimenting with spirals or more multiple smaller fractals branching off the existing fractals. has any one tried just using a fractal antenna from a cellphone would that be strong enough for a DTV signal antenna?

super. could you post a pdf to print to a pcb board? I think the result will be awesome.!

In the other versions of your Fractal Antenna you used a Balun Transformer , but on this version , you connected the coax directly to the antenna . Why didn't this Fractal Antenna need a Balun Transformer ?

When I removed the transformer I started getting around 5 more channels (Ch. 25 here in MN.) If you read the design notes (Link to right under MORE INFO) it states not to use a transformer at all with this design!

I hooked this antenna up to my DTV system and all local channels were BOOMING in, I pugged in my scanner radio and was oicking up a weather station up near Canada.

Cool. How did you etch it into the plastic. Is it tinfoil between two layers or did you use thin tin strips? Would this work with gps if use in a car?

It's like metalic paint, just screen printed onto plastic, but any of your ideas would work I would guess. These fractal antennas are actually in use right now in your cell phone! Just smaller, so yes it could be used with GPS.
