@ProjectAngelLuna or maybe in the deleted scenes of SA2 that building got trashed by the truck and the onwer got it reinforced, and that would explain it not being in SA2, u see the building was trashed and under recostruction, so now 20 years later its good as new and ready for payback!!!!!!!(XDXDXD
