Ahhh...St. Anger, had a pretty good chance to be a good album. There were a several good riffs on that album. They needed a real bassist, Kirk Hammett, Lars to play on a working drum kit, a real producer there, and more creative influence than a just out of rehab James.

@Moukeaf maybe because they are not heavy metal albums? I think it's great if a band puts some variety in their music. They could have simply made more heavy albums and sell millions and get great reviews, but guess what? They are not controlled by anyone to tell them what music they HAVE to make. They do what they love, and Load/Reload are excellent album if you are not close minded to only heavy shit.
