Create A Lazy Vector in Photoshop

This tutorial explains a quick and simple way to make a regular photo look like a vector image. However, it does not work with all images nor will it look like it took you days to make. This is just something to make it look like you spent a good amount of time on it.

Instructions:

1. Duplicate the background layer.
2. Select Image - Adjustments - Threshold.
3. Set the layer to Soft Light.
4. Select Filter - Stylize - Diffuse and make sure "Anisotrophic" is checked.
5. Adjust the opacity for realistic effect.

You're done!

if you make it larger, you will see the pixels and it will become blurred but if you do the right vectoring you can re-size it any size you want. that is the aim of vectoring to change the pixel image into a vector image.
