Rode around the neighborhood on the Bonneville to test the key fob 808 camera that I just bought off
I bought 2 from user auctioninchina out of Hong Kong towards the end of Aug. 2010. $1.99 ea. About $15 total with shipping. They took 20 days to get to Washington State. They appear to be the #3 type with the yellow light.
I had a 2GB class 2 microSD card. Recodings exibit some of the class 2 memory issues - blinking date, pauses. Both cameras worked as did the usb cables. I've ordered 2 4GB class 4 for about $10 each.
I taped the camera to the brake reservoir on my 2004 Bonneville wrapped in some packing foam.
Video edited with Microsoft Windows Movie Maker 2.6 and saved as a WMV at 2.1 Mbps. The uploaded file was 78 MB. The original AVI file that was about 15 minutes long was 1.1 GB.
