This is the period when their live show went to hell. For some reason they attempted to speed everything up, take the upbeat out, and distort everything. I saw a show that year and never saw them again. They were never going to be confused with a pure ska band but this was over the top and I don't think the direction they took worked. Too bad because the Dub 56 CD around this time is very good and as a liver band even a year or two earlier they were great.
