P.E.B.A (People Before Animals). We must co-exist w/all things living and be mindful of what harm can be done when we leave the decisions up to the Politicians.
We the People will figure out a way to protect the minnow and farm at the same time.

Under this administration there is another casualty inclusive of the Central Valley. It is the United States of America. These continued assaults on the American people absolutely must end! How in the hell did we allow most of the evil dems back into the Senate? Other than poor campaigns by candidates on our side of the fence, we the majority, continue to sleep while the state of california continues to elect idiots like mrs. boxer and others. Nevada had the same problem, and others too. End it!
