Poor folks in the inner cities are locked into a killer diet - Unfortunately the fastfood peddlers offer what is thought to be a cheap meal. When ur electric and gas is cut off - because you are broke down and jobless with only a gov check/stamps or loan from a friend the only food you can afford is the inner city fastfood/convenient store/packaged unhealthy poison.
