what pound test do you have?? cuz im going to go fishing done in wild wood and i was gunna try like 12ound tes but i think thats a little to light so i wanted to know what the best kind of light weight tackle to use

# Test line needs to be determined by rod & reel,surf or bay,and what your throwing.For 1/8 -1/2oz.back bay or light surf I use 6'-7', ml- mh rod with reel to match with 6-10# test line.For heavier plugs I,m up on a 8' mh. 12- 15# test.For my surf gear for the ocean front,I,m using 10,-12'rod med.-med.hvy. 15-20#test line for 3-5oz. weight.

now is this on sunset beach, or off of beach ave.?? i was just down there for two weeks and the fishing wasnt too bad. lots of sharks hittin the clams tho. fluke were absolutely slow.!

i live in the new england area and for buck tails would you use steel leader for he blues or with the buck tail u dont have to worry about getting biten off
