This film explores the impact of the crackdown on Serbia's most wanted: alleged war criminals still at large. Are they any nearer being sent to The Hague? We conclude that a handover is imminent but that the underlying structures, which protect them, are still in place.

@strangefacekid yeah im not saying these gangs arent more dangerouse than gangs in glasgow, but glasgow is more dangeouse city to live all round!.. Glasgow does actually have a higher homicide rate than belgrade and is the knife capital of europe, so glasgow must be some what bad mate!!
