YIKES some of those quilts looked like quite the challenge! That's such a fun song. Several years back when Cathy was writing that song she asked a bunch of longarmers for funny customer stories/comments. The bowling one was my story! The blood on the quilt one may have been mine too as I wrote a story about stitching through my finger and the hospital triage nurse (a guy) asking what I did first. He didn't find it funny when I said, "I checked to see if I got blood on the quilt."

Wow! Nice to hear from you!!!! Isn't that fun? Cathy's lyrics are sooo true--she gets them from the SOURCE!! I've heard of people sewing through their fingers (and even near misses are always frightening!) but the line about bowling was a new one to me!
Your antics are now quilting history! :)

Hee hee..Actually, it's a blessing to take my clients hard work and add in my touch--to be able to transform them into something they are proud to keep or give away! It's satisfying work! But you DO have to keep your sense of HUMOR! :) Isn't the song wonderful? :)
