Some fellow Lithuanian s commenting on here are embarrassing to say the least.I am Lithuanian my self I just want to make it clear in Lithuania it is compulsory to wear a seat belt in the rear and the front of the vehicle.Child seats are required and they are suppose to be belted and secure. In this case the driver did not ensure that his passengers are wearing seat belts and got a fine for dangerous driving.Great job Police in England.I am sorry hear that fellow Lithuanians are causing trouble
