@jessebear10 She was always with Voldemort because she followed her husband Lucius like a puppy and she was also always there because her son Draco was there, therefore she was there to look after him, make sure nothing happened to Draco. Narcissa is NOT Death Eater. And she never took part in any torturing, murdering, etc.
