  • Hey, Idahochas! Cami and I finally got some electrics last year; we were getting exhausted hand cranking a 12 lb ball with 180 ft of wire out! If you make it down for the Pinks this year, give us a holler. We hope to see you out on the water.

  • I have fished that exact point many times over the years. I live in Idaho now, and do I miss salmon fishing in the Puget Sound.

  • @mikeandlaurie1979 Hopefully you will have the opportunity to make it back to the PS to fish for salmon. I will bet that you have some great streams in which to fly-fish to tide you over, though!

  • Great videos you guys! Thanks for the instructions. Please keep them coming. I was wondering, is the Silver Horde chartreuse+green+glow spatter back you are using in both of your salmon videos your favorite color scheme hoochie? Either way, thanks fro the videos!

  • @kayhat12 Thanks for the comment. Though we have tried many color combinations, the green glow spatter-back seems to be the tried and true on our boat!

  • Awesome video clip guys, Cheers

  • @fishn2gthr4ever idaho does have some amazing steelhead/salmon fishing, epsecially up on the clearwater....BUT, you cant beat fishing the sound. i have family in coupeville and its an annual trip for me. with the predicted humpy run this year, i'll be making a few trips up....p.s. you should invest in some electric scottys!! love mine. if only you guys had mule deer. in that country..i'd think about a move. ha ha.

  • Nice fish ! Looks like about a 7-8 pounder !
