  • very good demo....I believe lock flows are important, especially for the intermediate student. Beginners need to learn the technique, lntermediate students need to learn lock flow so they know that everything they attempt wont always work and this teaches them work by feel by transitioning according to attacker threat and finally sparring is for the advanced. This is just my opinion...I'm glad to see your doing flow drill in Jujitsu
