You are right brother that there were many NGOs in kashmir especially but apart from them their job was improve the living standard of people. They were actively involved after earth quake too, so y it didnot happen again.

Its true that people can disturb muslim civilization by establishing proper NGOs and when they get sympathy form locals then they can carry their tasks but it cannot be with every NGO

it depends what kind of work that NGO is doing....some of them do (like most of the NGOs fighting for the rights for women) and some dont (like some of the NGOs promoting education in country)
