Production video for The7Line Shea_Catcher Tshirt.
All of The7Line garments are printed by hand in our Jamaica, NY warehouse.
White ink lays down first on each tshirt as an underlay.
While printing is being done on the next shirt the previous one is drying under that teal colored "flash" dryer. This drys (to the touch) each color before going on to the next....
Once the final color is laid down the shirt goes through the conveyor dryer to set the ink for good.
