atleast 80-90% of RROD is caused by overheating which causes some of the soldering to melt & all you have to do is resolder it & patch up the connections...

@karzyarmycat Hahah :D was just kidding with the sarcasm but yeah you're totally right, it's because the motherboard doesn't cool down as much as it'd like to. Should be mostly over with the Xbox 360's Falcon motherboards from 2008 and the Xbox 360 Slim motherboard though

my xbox got rrod 15 times so after the 14 one i sead it in again and they send me one back banned -_- thats why i hate microsoftbut i do love how easy it is to fix and open them up
and the reson why xboxs get rrod so much is because of the mother noard has very back heating problems and cooling system sucks



So I guess this is where the Xbox from that Jake and Amir episode is from.
