90-120 is good range.... A diabetic good range is like 90 - 140
any lower makes u feel like shit... any higher than 180 make me feel like shit, but the biggest shit feeling comes from going up and down quickly

just want to clarify. you said there should be no sugar in the blood, that's not true at all. sugar is present in the blood. normal range is 70-110 mg/dL
