I am going to try the hanging bit. but the rest is bullshit. I suffer from back pain and I regularly do these kind of exercises but it does not give relieve.

Stretching is Key. Lengthening the spine and freeing the neck. One secret to getting a nice body is to raise the shoulders. Balance the head atop the shoulders with the ears above the shoulders. Allow the neck muscles, specifically the sternocleidomastoids to elevate the chest. Breathe in through the nose. Enjoy life.
