Apples and oranges. But to make it more fair. If a hypothetical Doctor watched this video with us, and someone commented that Phil may have schizophrenia, it would suffice ....the doctor watched the same video.

Of course in other situations where you are talking to someone with no information, you want to be as exact as you can. But as we all see the same video, and that most schizophrenics are paranoid delusional, just saying schizophrenia is far from being grey, and a good observation.
