Good point, what I have noticed though is that Youtubers who have a lot of subscribers don't actually subscribe to a lot of channels? Maybe that's because they don't want the competition or are just selfish egotists?

I don't know. I am currently subd to over 300.... I'll unsub from them all again in about6 months and do my best to find new people...

Some bigger youtubers actually take this more seriously than others.

How timely for me right now. I just cut my subscriptions down from 222 to 175 because the number was stressing me out (weekends are pretty much my only time to do real Tubing anymore). There were a few "big" channels on that list, but I also removed a lot of secondary channels that people seemed to have abandoned (one hadn't had a new upload in 11 months!). Didn't send any of those people messages saying I was taking the exit, tho.

I really like how you support the people who are starting out.

I do this too! Peeps email back and say, why'd ya sub my videos they're crappy! I go back and find something positive! It seems like everyone has a cute baby, so im not lying, I find something nice! I try not to sub anyone below me @ 3100 now! (i'll change my rule 4 U tho ;) Its enjoyable to feel youre uplifting spirits that been for over a year and your the only sub! U R more friendlier, i'll admit!GaBman! Take care GaBman!!

I think more people should return subs, unless they really don't like what the person has to offer. Great concept you have here. I don't think I'm subbed to anyone big.

A lot of the people on the most subscribed lists were probably still on that list when they had only 3 to 10 thousand subscribers, but nowadays, there are a lot of people who have made their way to that same point, yet it isn't considered a lot anymore. Yet, if you look at the people in the 3 to ten thousand range now, they do seem to have a lot of subscriptions much of the time.
