Ever seen a motorcade before this one? That's what they look like no matter if there's a Democrat or a Republican inside. What's "unbelievable" is how you make assumptions about something you're so obviously ignorant about.

Ambulances are in every motorcade. incase somebody decides to take on the security and the VIP or an officer is injured. better to have it 2 seconds away than 2 minutes. By the way, they are not "army" or "riot cop" guys, they the United States Secret Service. When a canadite gets to a certain level he is provided the same security as the current President. Before that point he has to provide his own.
