I had an mri last night of my lumbar spine and at first I was terrified, so much so that the technologyst had to bring me out of the machine, if only I had listened. The tech. told me it is best to close your eyes when entering the mri machine which I did not do. The second time I did close my eyes until I came to a stop and the tech. reassuringly spoke to me. The panic was gone and the mri was completed. Remember, the person before you survived with no harm or complications and you will too!!

I completely understand....I just had one but I wasn't bothered by the tight space. The whole test for me was 1 hr lol

I spend 14:40 minutes nodding in agreement, because i feel the same about crowded places, shopping malls, trains, tube etc and i'm also not afraid of needles and smile, even when i don't feel very well. :P
Thank you so much for this video, i'm going to have one tomorrow and now i feel at least a bit relaxed! Please don't mind my mistakes, i think my english doesn't work that well, when my heart rate is out of healthy levels ;)

you're awesome :) glad nothing was wrong! by the was, in the description where it says seductives....don't you mean sedatives? they're two very different things lol

@goldenxninjaxchick Hahaha, I'm laughing tears right now! Why did I write that? I know both of the words and their meanings. Sedative is even the same in germany. Must have been a freudian slip. hahahaha Thanks for telling me. :D
