And yet the words "land of the free" are still part of the national anthem....The failed war-on-drugs is also to blame for the crazy incarceration rate.....End the ridiculous marijuana prohibition; Legalize it, Regulate it and Tax it....Quit throwing people in prison for having a bag of weed.
