guy like that works in a supermarket near where I live - huge ball gut, arms and legs quite thin. wondered at first if he was ill, but he's been like that for more than 10 years now, and he's now the manager, so am guessing he's OK. Suppose there's just some dudes who carry massive guts. He occasionally has to serve the meat and fish counters and it's a bit weird as the buttons on his butcher's coat won't fasten. haha.
