UPDATE: Rogers and Fido have removed any mention of the "non-contract" pricing. It appears as if this was added by mistake but we can still expect them to officially announce it sometime soon.
For those of you that don't already know, the iPhone 3GS (unlike previous generations) will be available contract-free via Rogers or Fido in Canada.

If you've paid more than $100 before taxes per month for a minimum of 6 months, you may upgrade at a subsidized rate to a iPhone 3GS.
If you are not currently eligible for an upgrade, you will need to pay the no-contract price.
You can bring your 3G with you but you can not sell it back to Rogers. They may take the SIM card out and place it in your new phone.
