  • This is very true, but the main way to communicate in this form is through the use of words.. So even though the words don't tell the whole story they do try and explain the path. I define Meditation as the art of doing nothing to get everything. Peace and love to all....

    It sould be both but not none of the 2.

    Doing the action with out acting.

    Saying how you say it, when you try to do no action its a action it self.
