First try at the uke

Just messing with cords and trying to learn how to change cords while strumming at the same time. It's a bit different from the violin, which I used to play.

Sorry for the sound quality. All I have is the mic on my 3 year old Macbook. It tries to keep up with me, it really does.

Also sorry this video is so long and rambly. I tried to cut it down to under a minute, but YouTube refuses to upload the cut down version. *shruggs* I'm not so used to uploading videos!

@SlyNature I had another video too :) I think it may have been a little more successful of an attempt than my first try. I even played what I attempted in my second vid in front of my brother and he said, "Hey, that's pretty good." Yay for encouragement. :)

If you ever have $50-70 to blow, a uke is a worth while investment. They're really addictive to play and there is so much on Youtube to help you learn, it's redonkulous.

I blame my computer. I blame it for everything wrong in this world lol

That is a mirror image of the first time I picked up the guitars I have now ;) with almost no differences... ok 2 more strings and a lot more cussing... but other than that the exact same ^_^

I don't know what can do about sound, but if you back up a bit it might help??? I don't know, mikes are finicky weird little devices -_-
