@tomatoray This is in the new episode that appeared last night. The spelling was done by Toei themselves.
4kids hasn't done anything One Piece related in years. This video is just here because...well, her romanization is stupid. There have been plenty of English names in OP in the past, and the anime has done some wrong spelling before. (the new opening spelled Usopp's name as "Usoppu". It's fixed now).
FUNimation's subs don't even spell it like this.
Wiki has more info then me.
