Pushin' Me Away: Ch.12 [[PT.1]]

Recap: Kyle came into the Jonas house and causes a whole lot of unnecessary-ness. Kevin got into daddy mode and made him leave.

"Kevin. I am sorry. I mean it from the bottom of my heart." I sincerely said.
He looked at me sympathetically, opened his mouth, closed it and then opened it again.

"Its really not your fault. Although we need to talk " Oh no. Daddy Kevin talk time.


Chapter 12 Part 1

"What did you want to talk about?" I asked Kevin.

He started "Michie, you know I care about you and I dont want you to see this as me trying to control your life but I dont think Kyle is the right guy for you. I know you like him and all but, cmon nowwe both know, it isnt going to last if he keeps acting like this" I knew Kevin was right. When isnt he?

I had no idea how to respond to what he just said though. I liked Kyle a lot but the way he acting made me want to push him in front on a moving car and then visit him in the hospital and talk to him about if he didnt stop, he was going to be pushed again.
I couldnt do that though, I like my life too much to go to jail or be kept away from the Jonas and the people I love.

"I know Kevin, if he doesnt change soon then its going to be over" I finally responded.

"If he doesnt change and you do end it, be careful. That kid has a real temper. I dont want anything bad happening to you." If Kevin wasnt such a big brother to me, Id date him. He too freaking sweet and caring.

"Tell Nick and Joe, I went home. I need to go now" I started to walk out the door.

"Since your mom is not home yet, I'll have Joe stay with you till she gets home. I dont want Kyle coming over there trying to be slick "
"Kevin, you really dont need to. I'll be ok"
"Yes I do, we all care about you. Plus Im more than sure that Joe wont mind. You are like the apple of his eye, although he refuses to admit it"

I felt some type of way hearing Kevin say I was the apple of Joes eye. I wanted to put up an argument and say it wasnt true but at the same time, I kind of wanted it to be.
