All this tells me is that the West needed the oil too much and that the Middle East took it personally. The West is greedy but the oil is WAY too useful, its like heroin. You just can't stop using it. They don't care as long as they know the oil will continue to flow. The Middle East don't seem to use all of their brain cells and seem to think it is a war against Islam. They're too ignorant to see they are dealing with pragmatists and businessmen, not religious bigots.
