@AlexFQuality Thanks. I am a bit distracted now with a few other things I am making. More shots to follow in a while. The subject of the next shot will hopefuly be............................
.. "ROCKETS" -
I've been watching all of your videos. You're a very good narrator also. Again, I just shake my head because the finished image is so interesting to look at. And like you say, the only thing that changes is the light. Indeed. It would be cool to have a documentary done for PBS on one of your jobs.

What version of photoshop are you running? I have CS5 and couldent find HIGHLIGHT mode. Im assuming its a typo? and I am mesmerized by these shots, wonderful work!!! :)

@PhotoDigitale Like all success in life and the commercial arts... You will be successful if you produce, just do it a few times and do it over and over. you will see what is needed
Hey Great idea, do you have any cousins or brothers / sisters working at PBS? If not too bad as I am sure they would not bother talking to a quirky photographer making these ridiculously complex slices of Americana. I appreciate the thought though, thanks and regards: Eric

I have a question, I mean you take photos separately and then with photoshop, you put them together by masks??

@dalmema Hi. I take a lot ( or a few) of separate photos that is correct. Then I OVERLAP them with photoshop. Instead of using "normal" mode to overlap each layer, use the "HIGHLIGHT" mode in the layers pallet to overlap them. Try it with 2 very darkl-ish images and you will see.
Look at the Canon Video on my home page, it is full of info and a narrative too.
Hipe that helps. Regards: Eric

@dalmema Any version of photoshop will do. I was using CS 2 for ever and now I am using CS5
In the LAYERS pallets, go to the section where it usually says "NORMAL" and turn it to "Highlight" or Screen" you will see it in the top left hand corner below the to bar. Look around for it.
It also has the ability to say Overlay- Darken mode_ etc......
