Nasty people leave house in horrid condition

My wife and I recently purchased a house on a steal, the former tenants being evicted due to nonpayment. Before they left they seriously damaged the house. Here's a video of it and my reaction.

@darylghghgh well, look at the full situation: I only paid 8000 for a house that required some drywall work, windows replaced, and lots of cleaning (took me 3 days to clean it out). That 8 grand also got me the 2 acres of property the house sits on. I mostly bought the house for the 2 acres of included property. Also, my previous home was in a trailer court, and I was more than willing to put some work into a fix-it-upper to get out of there. Now the house and property is appraised at 35,000

An update (WOW my hair was bad!)

Most of the renovation is complete, just got to do some painting and a bit of roof work. New furnace installed, drywall and insulation, re-ran some water lines. Thanks to all who showed interest in this, it was shocking to me how horrid this place looked.

Sometime I'll show a new video of the house...but I have three kids and its hard to keep the house nice and clean to do a video. 6000 more and its paid off! Than I got some new ideas for the property.

the neighbors i had moved and and trashed their place too. the husband put holes in the walls and doors with his fist, and even went so far as to smear dog poop all over the walls and floors.. Ive no idea what he was trying to prove. Needless to say, no one would buy it and finally the managers of the trailer park i live in got it and are fixing it up.

1:30 I can see they were working on an opening living plan. lol Weird they had the energy to smash up a house but not clean it. I feel deeply sorry for those people's children. What a nightmare living with this.

It had to suck cleaning this up but for $8,000. That's a steal and it's easy to clean up garbage. It's just disgusting and you probably vomited once or twice. ;-)

i am from the south and i watch videos on youtube from the northern states that are just as bad or worse. type in "roach infestations" and see how far up north those vids' go....this video is an example of disgusting people every where...this happens all over the country. in the inner cities more than in the country. you gotta be fair to everyone and not place the blame on ppl from the south...by the way who is "jebus"?
