OHSU Tortures Animals

Rally and Procession to morn the deaths of countless animals as a result of animal experimentation at Oregon Health Science University in Portland Oregon. So your argument is that OHSU has doctors that are both morally unsound and scientifically more ignorant than you are? Why would you protest people trying to find cures for humanity? Yes, animals have to be tested upon to find out new mechanisms that we don't yet understand. Open up a bio text book and you will be surprised by how many cures have come out of animal research. If you would like to protest NEEDLESS animal cruelty, go to meat farms, not hospitals.

How obout performing tests on those noble,extremely dedicated OHSU officials?Im sure they d sucrifice themselves at the altar of science and medical progress.Results of these tests would be so much more accurate than those achieved by torturing innocent domestic pets and monkeys.

You must have never seen a loved one's mind deteriorate in front of your eyes from Alzheimer's disease. You must have never had a friend become unable to control their movements as Parkinson's disease wreaks havoc on their dopamine system. You must not know anyone who has been devastated by cancer, AIDS, cerebral palsy, or multiple sclerosis. If you did, you would be begging that someone find a cure.
