I forgot how much I dig Suicide, especially Martin Rev. Suicide's keyboard melodies are uncanny and sublime and that PRIMITIVE drum machine sound is COMICAL and great! Suicide just went with whatever instruments and sound devices that were available to them for their sound. Timeless! They were FROM the 70's and (early) 80's but not OF the 70's and early 80's. I think their first album was done with only a Farfisa.

LOOK at those hazel eyes! Nice treatment of ''Dream Baby Dream''! I see the 2-sided story of the film: first she APPEARS to be ''dreaming'', THEN the DIRTY(!) come hither look! Any red-blooded male with a pulse could have LOTS of wholesome AND un-wholesome dreams about her! Is she a fine young ''European woman''? Or can we (American) males fantasize about her as the all-American girl next door? (I'm doing that now!). BETTER and more entertaining than Warhol even! You are really on to something.
