A good selection, although I would not say it is the best 'all time' with the exception of Yamashita. I will add: - Wushijima, best in early 1930's - Kimura, best in late 1940's and early 1950's and student of Wushijima - Geesink - Okano, lightest ever All Japan Winner
@kmahabir: Everyone has his or her own best list. You don't need to reply to me to make your list. Inokuma and Sato are great Judokas, but I do not choose them as in the early 1960's Kaminaga was better than Inokuma in All Japan, and same for Okano over Sato. Wushijima, Kimura and Geesink ventured beyond the world of Judo, and Okano, to me, simply has the best techniques among the 1960's Judokas.
