[Simple Gifts] [A Tribute to Y&R Going Home]

Okay folks, I worked REALLY hard on this and I practically killed myself trying to get it saved in the right format so load me up with comments and ratings!

The theme for this montage is supposed to be the sense of going or coming home, and also a sense of family (hence the 'round-the-table scenes at the beginning.) I'm hoping this gets across well enough and that you enjoy the show. The music is a little different than you might be used to, but me being a band geek for most of my life, Aaron Copland's "Simple Gifts" has always been one of my very favorites.

Wow that actually brought tears to my eyes, that was a pretty powerful montage for just 3 mins. It reminded me of all the good times with family as the heart of the show. I love how the music started off really slow, like you could barely hear it and then built up into this crescendo as the scenes became more intense and the characters more emotional.There was little snippets of everyone and I got this sense of belonging and happiness from the video. And CG and DRG were on there .Awesome job!

Excellent job girl! But, of course you know you're videos always amaze me. I know how difficult this must have been for you to make cause there are alot of clips from alot of different periods in here. Congratulations on getting it to finally upload.
