this video shows you how to make the best use of the CDs you have--Fun learning chinese language--travel in china, vol.1 and 2.
testimonials are here:

1. Janis S. Theisan of Norfolk, VA -- I bought the kids' CD for my son and daughter, they enjoyed it. The positive results caused me to begin to take notice of the company which created the kid's Chinese language CD. Since I was scheduled for a business trip to Shenzhen China quite soon, I bought two adults' CDs from that same company for myself. I found the CDs to be good for both beginners and intermediate level Chinese language learners. I had already learned some Mandarin before here and there, so I felt it wouldn't hurt if I tried something more. Oh my goodness, I really got a good deal because with only 15.99$ I bought something that is much more effective for me than my Pimsleur CDs and my Elizabeth CDs. Both of those Chinese language seminars are too long plus they are either spoken with unclear or too old voices. I always ended up with only listening to the first CD of the 8 or 10 CDs and then having no interest after that. But with this one, I learned so many useful words from the Vol.1 CD, and then I learned the related sentences from the Vol.2 CD. Personally, I strongly embrace this system because it really works for me. Their voices are very pleasant and clear while using very native pronunciations. Last but not least, the author made many good jokes about foreigners in China too. 2. Mary&Paul Stevens, Grand Rapids, MI -- The Fun Learning Chinese Language method of teaching is fun and interactive because they say an English word or sentence then they pause to give you some time to speak out the word or sentence in Chinese. Next they tell you the right way to say that word or sentence so that the next time you learn with the CD, you will pronounce Chinese words better. At the end of every lesson there is a different funny joke which features some culturally shocking stories, all of which are narrated by an extremely humorous joke-teller. I like the format of these two Chinese language seminars because they consist of just the CDs and nothing else. Nothing else is needed: no textbooks, writing materials, or internet homework, it is just two CDs. You don't feel the pressure of studying. You can just play your CDs anywhere you go, I especially like playing the CDs in my car while driving because I feel like I am saving time. I am amazed at how much that way of studying really saved my time and got me to improve my Mandarin. I only wish that they would have made more CDs so that I could enjoy teaching myself Mandarin and I wish that they would have also included more funny jokes on Vol.2. My advice to them is to hurry-up and write Vol. 3 and Vol.4, etc... You guys did a great job, just keep it up! 3. Lemar B. Jackson of Gary, IN -- The cover of the CD got my attention, which was an interesting looking wedding ceremony with a black guy being the groom. I am also a black person married to a Chinese, so I decided to buy one of the CDs, then I noticed each one is $9.99$, and if I buy both Vols.1 and 2, it will be cheaper, which is only $15.99. I changed my mind a...
