Frank Turner playing live at Brooklyn - Knitting Factory 28th April 2011.

I will take these down if official versions or better quality versions are uploaded!

I missed out a few songs at the start of the gig so sorry about that! During the whole thing it goes out of sync a few times so I had to pause the stream and start it again. Also at some points it cuts out for a while. This is just what happened during the stream so sorry for these problems but overall it's not too bad. Enjoy!

  • What software did you use to record this off?!

  • I'm surprised he wasn't burned for being a witch after singing this in America

  • I hate when people in the audience won't shut the fuck up.

  • I'm amazed at some of the comments. Please realize not all of us Americans have a need for imaginary friends.

  • FUCK YES FRANK TURNER FINALLY SOMEONE WITH BALLS TO SPEAK HIS MIND

  • Great track :) I can't wait to see him at Wembley.

  • Reactions to this song are either "WOO! GO FOR IT FRANK! I LOVE IT!" or "............".

I'm still not sure whether I would have advised him against playing this song in America if I were there, but you got to admit the man's got balls. I personally agree with him but I wouldn't be able to write a song with the staple line "there is no God". Props to Mr Turner.

  • i thought springsteen...jerry garcia...john lennon...alanis morrisett (in dogma)...el hefe...or chuck ragan were god...ha...great tune...nice vid richstorm...chuck ragan might still be god or at least his voice...ha...happy holidaze

  • Having seen Frank Turner at a Festival this summer, the thing I remember most clearly is him playing this song and us strangers, hand in hand, singing the chorus out loud, even though we've heard it for the first time. Still gives me goosebumps.
