From Pennsylvania State Representative Eugene DePasquale (D-York):

Today, Governor Corbett released his proposed budget. While I agree
that painful cuts must be made, his approach is simply bad for
Pennsylvania. Instead of making enormous cuts to education and health
care, Corbett should examine each department for inefficient or
unnecessary programs to revise or eliminate. My latest vodcast
discusses why results-based budgeting is a better approach.
