This is a good system. You're not selling anyone anything that they already don't use or need. We just got a report from an independent report that stated that Stream Energy has the best rate at this time. That's great news. So at the end of the day, you save people money on their monthly energy bill and Streaml Energy thanks you for their business by paying you money. No brainer!!!

Why not just pay people $2 dollars a month for everyone they get signed up? Skip the whole pyramid idea, and the whole team building process. Be easier to motivate people to join as well. Also why should people switch energy companies unless it saves them money... So far in all my research about ignite no ones ever mentioned what they charge... Kinda hard to sell someone on an energy plan that costs more money then they pay now.

I just joined Ignite and love it. I made $1000 in less than 30 days. It takes a little work but in the long run it will pay off really nice. The compensation plan is better now too.

@fivepointranch I have been fortunate enough to retain all my personal customers for 2 years now. Maybe its because I stay in touch with them and keep them informed what the market is doing and make sure they know if they are eligible for a lower rate. Its been my experience more than half the people dont even know what rate they are on and some dont even know who their provider is.

People will always go with the lowest $ provider. When the customers contract expires and they switch back to their previous provider or to another provider all together because the other companies drop their price... there goes the residual. How about dropping all the payouts and bonuses and just offer your customers lower energy bills?
