Magnesium regulates blood pressure, can it regulates also who have low blood pressure,or only lower it?
my pressute used to be between 9 and 10 systolic and now tha i´m using magnesium is 11 and a feel lot better.

Is it true that taking a warm epsom salt 'magnesium sulphate' bath for 30 minutes will help lower blood pressure. I read somewhere that it does due to the body absorbing it through the skin.

Yes, that is basically true. Increased magnesium intake will lower blood pressure. And you can absorb magnesium through transdermally (through the skin). However, start with just a 10 - 15 minute bath as you can absorb too much magnesium sulfate and end up with diarrhea and/or lowering your blood pressure too much.
