This crap never works for me. I can do it by hand just as fast, plus it looks a lot better. This gps makes stupid humps in the grade.

@jerelsilva no you set the blade on a benchmark every morning to zero it out like a scale. they are nice toys but not all that practical very often and can sometimes get u in to trouble if something goes wrong. i.e. you lose signal or the satelittes arent alingned you need three satellite to make it work

so, what happens when your job not setup for gps,,,,,Blue Tops.... I've been runnin blades 25 plus years, seen more than one hand run off cuz he could'nt finish. I can 2D, 3D, and No D, nothin works like a bubble in your ass

Yes, pretty much always use bluetops. This company mainly just used GPS for big big dirtjobs.

that system is bad ass. i operate a 18 year old grader for the state of florida dot only computer i have is in my head would love to try one of those

This is the old System 5. It will correct 100 times per second, so u have to go slow. The new 3D MC systems will correct 1000 times per second and will keep up as fast as the machine will go.

thanks for the video, the GPS looks simple to operate, I know the blade isn't I've been learning for the last couple weeks, harder than looks.
