The government can do what they do to you if you signed away your rights through a contract. Driver's license, Marriage License, SSN card, Tax forms, etc... Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1 of the Constitution states " No State shall enter into any...Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts..."

CONTRACTS ARE KING! Severe your contracts and assert your Sovereign rights. If your rights are violated learn to contract law to hurt them wear it hurts... their wallets.

Almost everyone I know that has done the recinding of contracts has ended up in jail. We can't win this one jail sentence at a time. The combination of a good Constitutional county sheriff, and the liberty bell system coupled with a common law court and large posse or sheriff reserve, or militia will make their non law codes and statutes unenforceable. It has to be a popular movement or it won't work. In Alaska they have over 15,000 people signed on and a 3500 man militia to keep the peace.

The first contract is and was the Constitution. The government broke it, not us. The so called contracts you talk about were put in place by fraud and deception. Therefore they are null and void. Read Marbury vs Madison. And really I don't care how they did it. It was against God's law, and we must obey His law rather than mans' so called law.

@kaelxanda the constitution also says: "We, the people of the United States....do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America" Do you know what that means?

@gintherlover We have created an agency or company (government) that has been charged with the SOLE purpose of maintaining the individual rights of the people. THAT'S IT. It is true, however, that when a person decides to become part of the government (an official) they subject themselves to the law that we the people have ordained for them (the constitution). It may be argued that they are parties to a voluntary adhesion contract with the people by becoming trustees of the trust.

@gintherlover If you were to start a company or corporation. You own it. Do you owe ANYTHING to it? No. However, you may be the beneficiary. When that company profits, who gets the benefits/profits. You. When the company fails to perform, you dissolve it. Is that company YOUR BOSS? No. Let's say you decided to work for your company, as a low level stock boy. Is the company your boss? NO. Unless you decide to follow it's manager's orders. But, you can choose to disobey or fire the manager.

@pstramer The constitutions are not contracts, per se. If you understand the law, especially of that time, you will see clearly that the constitution is evidence of the creation of a trust/corporation. The fact is that we the people ORDAINED the government into existence. We did not negotiate and execute a contract with an existing party. The people were/are sovereigns. I'll give you an example in the following post...

Under the LAW, forcing one into contract, withholding the full disclosure of the terms, etc. is FRAUD. Now I'm not saying you're entirely wrong. But contracts are not king, YOU ARE KING. AND YOUR CONSENT allows them to do whatever they want. Stop consenting. Failure to object means you agree.

7.00 Start doing what is right. It is right to not fund war. I would like to see this man and or some of his "followers" to stop paying income taxes. Liberty lives in those that feed it. Tyranny resides in those that feed it. Taxes are the food of tyranny. Stop using "your" S.S. number. Refuse to accept it, learn how to refuse its use and its benefits.
