Same questions everyone has- why is Batman fighting during the day, why are policy fighting with bad guys instead of shooting them, why is the fight taking place near a building?

@thebulky1cometh Good question about the daylight fighting. If the movie stays true to the comic book, Bane releases all of the prisoners from Arkham Asylum and the Gotham City Jail which may explain all of the fighting.

As for the building, as I understand it, Mellon Institute is supposed to be City Hall.

@snatchX626 That's what I was told. That Mellon Institute is City Hall and that the Software Engineering Institute is Blackgate Prison. Know something I don't? :)
