This is good advice. I was giving my middle child a bath one night when I heard a scream I will never forget and my 8-year-old had a TV fall on his head. He had pulled open a dresser drawer too hard and it slipped off the top when he tried to right the dresser. It was terrifying. He is okay thankfully, it could have been much worse. Needless to say there is a flat tv bracketed to the wall now and the tube tvs are no longer in the house.

I wish I would have mounted my TV, yeah for safety of my kids, but actually I tipped over my TV while trying to hook my camera to the back. Yeah that sucked. Nothing like a cracked display. At least none of my kid happen to be under it watching TV. Anyone interested in buying a cracked 50" LCD?
