the cage and the ring are a huge difference for the fighters. it doesnt matter if they dont use the cage. the octagon is also more slippery than the pride ring was.

ok il stop writing, what i am saying might be just excuses, but these excuses could had changed the outcome greatly, also the location, cro cop had to come all the way frpm croatia meaning his schedule changed a bit, while gonzaga just had to jump on a bus

A ring and an octagon both have pretty much the same surface and its not like in a ring gonzaga wouldnt throw a head kick
