  • Great to see these old time actors in a different context. Only wish is that they spent a little more time during the early days of What's My Line? asking the guest questions after they were revealed. It would be fun to hear the guest speak a little more in their own voice. That was something they added later in the show's run.

  • What a great actor!

  • Would never get to see someone who was born in 1877 these days!

  • He died at the age of 84 in 1961.

  • Wonderful to see this marvelous actor--how many chances do we get to see someone like Mr. Coburn off the screen?

WML was a great show if only for that reason.

  • Interesting. In the movie "Made for Each Other" Mr. Coburn plays a judge who wears a machine to aid his hearing. Seems that he did have hearing problems in real life.

  • Love his movies, You can always respect a gentleman.

  • Charles Coburn here has a stage presence almost indistinguishable from Fred Emney.

Music Hall tolerated near-clones much better than TV does,

  • What year was that?

  • Great actor! His work is timeles, for future actors to follow.

  • That pause at 2;09! Hah!!

  • He's wearing a monocle. I thought in the films it was just a prop.
