I haven't tried this boss on Heroic yet but heard the strat that works best is tanking him on the landing of the ramp. Keep healer and ranged dps up top where they do it in this vid, and melee dps with you on landing. This way your healer doesn't get hit with poison nova. Have ranged dps AoE the adds. By time they reach healer at the top it's an easy mop up - works best if you have the dps to down boss before adds can even reach the healer. Gonna try this technique friday, I'll let you know.

i dont get it, im a tank, i have tried this boss over and over and over but we always wipe, i have tanked him at his spawn, entrance, middle area, but i always end up getting snake wrapped for 10 freakin seconds which ends up making us wipe....
WUT DA HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT ADDS? do i tank them? or do i tell dps to kill them or wut?
